We have a section at the bottom of our home page that explains our pricing for our Starter and Professional packages. We also offer an Enterprise solution for larger brands and agencies that want to analyze up to 50 pages in one collection. It includes custom report configurations, admin features, and is priced at $1,200 per month. We can add larger page counts if needed for additional cost. 

Does Zuum require a contract?

No, Zuum is by open-ended subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will expire at the end of the current month.

How fast can I have my account set up?

Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes. After that, Zuum will have pulled the first 500 wall posts for each brand in about 15 minutes. Within 24 hours, Zuum will have the last month of Wall posts for all Facebook Pages you’re monitoring.

Why does my Total Facebook Fans chart have no data?

The Facebook API does not contain backdated fan count information, but the minute you sign up for an account, Zuum begins pulling fan counts on a daily basis going forward.

Why are there posts on the site that I don’t see in my report?

It could be different reasons. Sometimes companies block their pages or specific posts from being seen by people who aren’t logged in to Facebook. That also blocks the data flow.
Also, sites that have age restrictions, like alcohol and tobacco Pages, or those with explicity sexual content, will also not appear in Zuum’s data.

Why are there posts in my report that aren’t on Facebook?

Page administrators will sometimes delete posts for a number of reasons. They could be offensive, spam, posted by a competitor, inappropriate, or just irrelevant. Zuum can capture posts that are later removed, giving the user an insight into the types of posts that a brand wants to purge.

What if I need technical support?

What languages will Zuum support?

Zuum is designed for English and also works in most European languages.

Will Zuum work on an iPad?

Yes, Zuum is HTML5 compliant, so it will work on iPads, and even iPhones if you can see that small of print.
